  • Rice
  • Dal
  • Cheese
  • Curry leaf
  • Jeera
  • Tomato
  • Garlic
  • Asafoetida
  • Chilli
  • Coriander
  • Ghee
  • Turmeric powder
  • Chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Maida

Instructions

  • Khichdi Recipe -Soak rice and dal for 30 minutes.
  • In a pressure cooker, add oil, jeera, curry leaf, green chilli, garlic, asafoetida, turmeric powder, chilli powder and saute well for 2 minutes.
  • Add soaked rice and dal in pressure cooker. Add salt to it. Pressure cook for 3 whistles.
  • Arancini Balls Recipe - Take 1 tsp khichdi, stuff 1 piece of cheese in it.
  • In a small bowl, add maida and water to make slurry. Dip these arancini balls in slurry.
  • Coat arancini balls with bread crumbs. In a kadai add oil and deep fry them.
  • Bored of normal khichdi.. Do try this interesting Arancini Khichdi Shots at home
