- Khichdi Recipe -Soak rice and dal for 30 minutes.
- In a pressure cooker, add oil, jeera, curry leaf, green chilli, garlic, asafoetida, turmeric powder, chilli powder and saute well for 2 minutes.
- Add soaked rice and dal in pressure cooker. Add salt to it. Pressure cook for 3 whistles.

- In a small bowl, add maida and water to make slurry. Dip these arancini balls in slurry.
- Coat arancini balls with bread crumbs. In a kadai add oil and deep fry them.
