  • Atta 2 Cups
  • Jaggery Powder 1 Cup
  • Unsalted Melted butter 1/2 Cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Sour Cream or Hung Curd 1/4 Cup
  • baking soda 1/2 TBSP
  • baking Powder 1/2 TBSP
  • Full Fat Milk 1 Cup
  • vanilla extract 1/2 TBSP

Instructions

  • Preheat your OTG (180 Degree Celsius for 10 Minutes).
  • Mix Atta , Jaggery Powder, Pinch Of Salt, Baking Powder, And Baking Soda In A Mixing Bowl. Keep It Aside.
  • In A Different Bowl, Take 1 Cup Of Warm Milk, Add Melted Butter, Eggs, Sour Cream, Or Hung Curd and vanilla extract, Mixed it well.
  • Pour the liquid mixture into the Atta mixture and mix them all.
  • Get your muffin trays and lay they muffin cups. This batter will make 12 muffins. distribute the Batter in the muffin cups equally.
  • Put the muffin tray in the preheated OTG for 45 minutes. Let it cool for some time and your muffins are ready.
