  • Urad daal 6tbs
  • Moong daal 4tbs
  • Chana daal 3tbs
  • Salt 1/2 t
  • Coriander 2 tbs
  • Black olive 4
  • Sweet corn 2 tbs
  • Oil 2 tbs
  • Makhana 2 tbs
  • Curd 2tbs
  • Red chilli 1/4 t
  • Pandharpuri daal 1tbs
  • Teel 1/2 t
  • Red Chilli sauce 2tbs
  • Bamboo shoot silce 2tbs
  • Onion slice 1tbs
  • Sweet Corn 1tbs

Instructions

  • Procidure (utappa) -soak alldaals.3 hrs then finely grind add salt coriander
  • Heat pan and put mini uttappa coriamder Sweet corn and olive put on the uttappa (Greated carrot as u like)
  • Turn uttappa in goldie colour
  • Procedure salad- chop bamboo shoot slice , onion slice
  • Put red chilli sauce , salt , sweet corn, chop garlic mix fine and finally add black paper
  • Procedure deep- makhana ,salt,red chilli powder, pandharpuri daal, teel all fine grind and mix curd
