  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Coconut milk 1/2 cup
  • Banana mashed 1/2 units
  • Banana chopped 1/2 units
  • Honey 1 tablespoons
  • Chia seeds 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla essence 1/4 teaspoons
  • Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
  • Roasted peanuts 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix the yogurt, milk, mashed banana, honey, chia seeds, vanilla essence and cinnamon powder.
  • Mix will homogeneously. -Pour in a jar.
  • Let the chia pudding sit overnight in the fridge. -Top with split roasted peanuts & relish.
