  • Soaked Pitted Dates in milk 5 - 7
  • Milk 3
  • Grounded cardmom 1 tsp
  • Ice cubes (Optional) 3 - 4
  • For toppings (Optional): dates or sliced almonds

Instructions

  • Serve chilled smoothie.

Notes/Tips

✅If you are making this healthy smoothie for post work out drink then you can also add some protein powder. ✅Feel free to add any nuts (cashew, pistachio or walnuts). ✅Try not to add extra sugar because banana and dates itself are sweet. And this way you can even control sugar intake. ✅As per your preference you can even add honey or maple syrup. ✅Its great for weight loss.
