Ingredients

  • Maida 3/4 cup
  • Sugar 1/3 cup
  • Banana 3 units
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tablespoons
  • Baking powder 1/2 tablespoons
  • Baking soda 1/2 tablespoons
  • Oats 1 tablespoons
  • Milk 1 tablespoons
  • Walnut 100 grams

Instructions

  • Cupcake batter - in a bowl, combine maida, sugar and milk. Add mashed bananas and vanilla essence, add oats, baking soda and baking powder, add walnuts and mix it all
  • Scoop into cupcake papers. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degree for 20 minutes.
  • Frosting - whip cream cheese, vanilla and confectioners sugar.

Notes/Tips

Take the ripe bananas.
