All purpose flour 200 gms
Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Butter 50 Gms
Milkmaid 200 gms
Icing sugar 3 tbsp
Chocolate Ganache 1 cup
Whipping cream 1 cup
Chocochips and praline 1 tbsp

Instructions

Mix icing sugar, butter, milkmaid in a bowl
Sift all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder in the batter
Add 1/2 cup milk and mix well
Pour the batter in a greased doll cake tin and cook for 40 mins in a pressure cooker without citi
Let the cake cool down, then cut in thin layers
Layer the cake with chocolate ganache, choco chips and praline pieces
Cover cake with Whipping cream and design with different coloured creams as you like
Add doll and complete the cake
