Semolina 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Whisked curd 1 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Melted butter 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Butter To grease tin
All purpose flour To sprinkle in tin
Cashewnut 15
For sugar syrup water 1 cup
Sugar 3/4 cup
Cinnamon 1 piece
Rose essence 2 tsp

Instructions

Take a glass jar,add 1 cup semolina,1 cup sugar,1 TSP baking powder and quick mix
Add 1 cup whisked curd,1/2 cup of milk and mix dry and wet ingredients with 1/2 cup of melted butter
Now add 1/2 TSP vanilla essence mix it.let it sit for 5 min
Take a cake tin,grease it with little butter and dust with liitle all purpose flour and coat the tin with the flour
Pour the mixed batter into cake tin
Preheat the oven for 15 min at 180 degree .bake for 45 min at 180 degree
For sugar syrup mix the ingredients of sugar syrup and boil for five minutes then let it come to room temp
Pour this syrup on cake and let it sit for 1 hr
Garnish cake with cashewnut

Notes/Tips

U can garnish cake with almonds too
