- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, chopped onion, curry leaves, ginger paste, chopped coriander leaves, red chili powder, grated beetroot and saute for 2-3 minutes. Turn of the heat.Let it cool.
- Add bread crumbs, corn flour, all seasoning and mix well.
- Cover it and keep it in refrigerator for 25 min.
- After 25 min, prepare tikki and dip it in Maida slurry n roll in breadcrumbs from both side and shallow fry it.
- Cut the bun into two halves, grease it with butter and toast them lightly.
- Put cabbage or lettuce leaves, cucumber slice, beet root tikki, mayonnaise to assemble burger.
- Close it with the other half of the bun n serve.
