Ingredients

  • Boiled bananas 3
  • Raw grated beetroot 1
  • Boiled channa daal 1 cup
  • Amchoor powder 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies paste 1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves chopped 3 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala 2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 2 tbsp
  • Salt To taste
  • Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Dhaniya powder 2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • In a bowl mash boiled bananas ,add grated raw 1 beetroot ,to this add boiled channa daal
  • Now add garam masala,chaat masala,amchoor powder,salt to taste
  • In same bowl add salt to taste,green chillies paste,red chilli powder,bread crumbs ,dhaniya powder,green chillies paste
  • Now mix all well,add chopped mint leaves ,coriander leaves
  • Now mix it make cutlets out of it
  • Now shallow fry them in a non stick pan
  • Serve it with tomato sauce

Notes/Tips

Instead of raw Bananas to boil u can take Potatoes and boil
