Ingredients

  • Beetroots, peeled and boiled 1 units
  • Chickpeas 1 cup
  • Tahini paste 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic 2 units
  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoons
  • Salt as per taste
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup
  • Water as per taste

Instructions

  • Blend the beet,chickpeas and garlic in a blender and blend it for 1 min.
  • Add Tahini, lemon juice, salt and water and blend them till it becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Add olive oil and serve with lavash.
