Ingredients

  • Amul whipping cream 250 ml
  • Belgian chocolate chopped 200g
  • Powdered Sugar 2Tbsp

Instructions

  • Empty the 250ml Amul Whipping into a chilled Bowl. Whip it stiff peaks.
  • Melt the Belgian chocolate on double boiler and keep to come to room temperature.
  • Once it Belgian chocolate has come to room temperature. Add it to the whipped cream .mix using cut and fold method using a spatula And add Powdered sugar according to the sweetness required.
  • Transfer it to mousse cups add some grated chocolate for Garnish.Let it Sit In fridge for 30mins . Serve chilled Your Rich Belgian Chocolate Mousse is ready to dig in.
