- Empty the 250ml Amul Whipping into a chilled Bowl. Whip it stiff peaks.
- Melt the Belgian chocolate on double boiler and keep to come to room temperature.
- Once it Belgian chocolate has come to room temperature. Add it to the whipped cream .mix using cut and fold method using a spatula And add Powdered sugar according to the sweetness required.
