  • Pomfret fish 2
  • Bell Peppers Red Green Yellow 3
  • Egg Plant 1
  • Potato 1
  • Green Chili 8
  • Spices 4

Instructions

  • Cutting of vegetables followed by cleaning the vegetables and fishes
  • Frying all vegetables in light heat Frying the pomfrets
  • Adding water and fishes in the empty pan. Adding red chilli powder, turmeric powder and black pepper.
  • After 2-3 mins adding all vegetables in the pan. Now it is to cook the whole thing for 7 mins further
  • Ready to serve with hot rice in lunch
