Ingredients

  • Skim Milk 1 cup
  • Banana 1
  • Mixed Berries 1
  • Blanched Almonds 1/4 cup
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Combine the skim milk and banana in the blender and process until smooth. Add the berries and almonds and blend again. Add the ice cubes and blend until the desired consistency has been achieved. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
