Ingredients

  • Cranberry juice 1/4 cup
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla protein powder 1 scoop
  • Flaxseed 1 tbsp
  • Frozen Mixed berries 1 cup
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Pour the cranberry juice, water, protein powder and flaxseed in a blender and blend well. Add the frozen berries, honey and ice cubes and blend until all ingredients have been well incorporated.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add water and blend until the desired consistency is achieved. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
