- Take a large bowl add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, sugar and mix well. Take another bowl and add yoghurt, milk and egg. Beat well. Whisk the liquid mixture with the dry ingredients.
- Add frozen berries to the mixture.
- Melt the unsalted butter in the microwave and add the same to the mixture.
- Preheat waffle iron as per the manufacturer's instructions.
- Brush hot waffle iron with butter. Pour about 1/2 cup of batter onto iron, smooth out with back of spoon and close the lid to cook.
- Let the waffle cook until it is golden brown in color.
- Serve with butter, maple syrup or blueberry syrup.
