Ingredients

  • Besan 250 grams
  • Ghee 150 grams
  • Sugar 130 grams
  • Almonds 25 grams
  • Elaichi powder 3 grams
  • Raisins 20 grams

Instructions

  • Put ghee in karahi
  • Put besan in ghee
  • Keep stirring till besan became soft
  • Off the gas after 35-40 minutes
  • Mix powdered sugar, Elaichi powder and grated almonds
  • Put all the 3 ingredients in besan and mix well
  • Put the mixture in square tray and apply raisins
  • Let besan cool down and then cut into square pieces

Off the gas then mix sugar mixture in besan
