- Bhetki fillets needs marination with 1 tablepoon of onion, garlic, ginger & chillies paste,1 teaspoon- black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon zeera (powder), 1tablespoon chopped coriander leaves, salt to taste & 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice. Keep aside for an hour.
- Then prawns are cooked on steam by mixing it with Mustard & Posto Paste,1 tea spoon Turmeric Powder, Salt to taste, Sliced Onions, Red & Green Chillies-Slit, 2-3 teaspoon of mustard oil. Thereafter the cooked prawns with gravy are put in mixture(1 round).
- Now take one marinated bhetki fillet in your hand, fold it in half and stuff it with the steamed prawn mixture, giving it a round shape in the form of a Chop, like in the picture.
- In a separate bowl make a batter with 1 egg, pepper & zeera powder, half tablespoon cornflower. Dip the chops in the batter & coat it with breadcrumbs. Then deep fry till golden brown. Garnish with ringed onions, grated coconut, red & green chillies.
