  • Chopped bhindi 1 cup
  • Curd 1 cup
  • Black salt 1 table spoon
  • Cumin powder 1 table spoon
  • Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon
  • Red chilli powder 1 tea spoon
  • Oil 1 table spoon
  • Mustard seeds For tadka- 1 tea spoon
  • Boondi/Sev/coriander leaves For garnishing
  • Sugar 1 table spoon

Instructions

  • Chopped Bhindi In A Round Shape.Fry Semi Crisp Bhindi Add Sugar In A Semi Thick Curd And Whisk For 2 Minutes.Add All Spices And Fried Bhindi,Mustard tadka And Mix Gentally. Garnish With Cumin,Red Chili Powder And Boondi And Serve It Cool.

Notes/Tips

For tadka heat oil and add mustard seeds once it's cracked add in raita...take semi thick curd....Fry bhindi until it get semi crisp on a medium flame.you can garnish with namkeen Sev/coriander leaves.
