Ingredients

  • All purpose flour 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
  • Melted Chocolates 1/2 Cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Milk 3/4 cup
  • Melted butter 3 tbsps
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Whipping cream 1/2 cup
  • Cherries As Required
  • Shredded Chocolates As Required
  • Sugar 1 Cup

Instructions

  • Sieve dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk it.
  • Add milk, butter, Condensed Milk , mix well until no lumps.
  • Add lemon/ Juice
  • Pour it in a baking tin after applying butter paper, so that it doesn't stick to the tin.
  • Preheat the Oven/ Microwave convection at 180°C
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Allow it to cool to the room temperature.
  • Apply frosting With Whipping Cream over Cake.
  • Garnish with Cherry and Shredded Chocolates.
