Ingredients

  • Blackrice 100 grams
  • Jaggery 100 grams
  • Cardamom Powder 2 tspoon
  • Water As per required
  • Thick Coconut Milk 100 ml

Instructions

  • Soak black rice overnight.
  • Boil the rice with some amount of water.
  • Then add jaggery and cardamom powder.
  • Let it cool for some time and then add thick coconut milk to it.
  • To add some more richness to it.. roast few Cashews and Drygrapes in ghee and add it to the Payasam.
