- Take butter and sugar in a bowl. Beat them for approx 3-4 minutes or until it turns lighter in colour.
- Sieve Refined flour, almond flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.
- Add melted white chocolate and vanilla essence to butter and Sugar mix.
- Now add the dry mix to the liquid mix by cut and fold method. And add milk to the batter as required. (Batter should be of ribbon consistency).
- Grease the mould with butter. And add butter paper.
- Pour the batter in the mould. And tap it properly.
- Bake in microwave for 20-25 mins. At 180°c .
- Or, use kadai instead. Cover the surface of the kadai with salt, keep a stand and Preheat for 2 minutes at low flame. Now place the mould on the stand cover the kadai and bake it for approx 25-30 minutes, at low flame.
- Once it is baked, let it cool down. Garnish it with caramel syrup and serve..
