Bread Maggi Roll

  • Bread Slices 6
  • Magic-ae-masala 1 packet
  • Maggi noodles 1 portion/pack
  • Carrot 1/4 cup
  • Capsicum 1/4 cup
  • Green Peas 1/4 cup
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • (Optional) paneer Thin slices

Instructions

  • Add 2 tbsp oil to a heated pan
  • Once the oil heates up, add all the finely chopped vegetables into the pan on medium flame. Roast it for about a couole of minutes.
  • Add 3cups water to the veggies on high flame and let it boil. Then add the maggi masala followed by the maggi noodles
  • Let it cook for 3 to 4 mins and try to keep it dry. *Soupy noodles won't be suitable for the roll we are making. Once it's cooked, turn off the flame and keep it aside
  • Take the bread slices and cut off the outer crusts. Dab it with little water and roll it gently with a rolling pin to make it thin.
  • Apply little water at the lower border of the bread so that when we roll it, the end can stick properly.
  • Fill it with the prepared maggi noodles and roll it. Secure the borders by pressing gently.
  • In another fry pan, add 2tbsp oil on medium flame and let it heat
  • Foment the prepared rolls on medium flame utill it turns light brown on both sides
  • Once done, take it out on a plate and (opt.) garnish it with long slices of raw paneer and sauce. Serve it as it is or with any sauce of your choice.
