Ingredients

  • Bread Slices 6 units
  • Boiled potato 1 cup
  • Oil 1 tablespoons
  • Mustard seeds 1/4 teaspoons
  • Curry leaves few units
  • Boiled green peas 1/4 cup
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoons
  • Ginger green chilli paste 2 teaspoons
  • Chopped coriander 1 tablespoons
  • Garam masala 1/2 teaspoons
  • Salt as per taste
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoons
  • Hing 1 pinch

Instructions

  • Heat oil, add Mustard seeds n Curry Leaves.
  • Add all ingredients n cook well. Keep aside.
  • Make the Gram Flour Batter.
  • Cut Bread Slices in Triangles n place Red spicy Garlic chutney layer.
  • Spread little Potato mix on top n cover with a bread slice .
  • Dip it in Gram Flour mix n Fry in Hot Oil.
  • Cook until golden brown. Serve with Tomato Ketchup.
