- First cut the Broccoli and add it into boiling water for 10 minutes and then remove the water. Add cold water on it.
- Heat the pen and add butter into it. When butter start melting add All purpose flour (Maida) and bake it for 5 minutes.
- Then add cold milk and make the thick white sauce and add broccoli into it.
- Add salt, black pepper powder, half quantity cheese, chili flakes and switch off the gas stove.
- Cut slice of French loaf and apply butter on it and roast till it becomes golden brown in color.
- Apply broccoli sauce and left over cheese on it and put it into oven for 10 min.
- When cheese started melting take into plate and sprinkle oregano on it and serve broccoli bruchetta.
