  • Broccoli 200 grams
  • French loaf 1 units
  • All purpose flour 1 teaspoons
  • Milk 250 grams
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoons
  • Salt as per taste
  • Chilli flakes 1/2 teaspoons
  • Oregano 1 teaspoons
  • Butter 1 tablespoons
  • Processed cheese, cube 2 units
  • Mozzarella cheese, cube 2 units

Instructions

  • First cut the Broccoli and add it into boiling water for 10 minutes and then remove the water. Add cold water on it.
  • Heat the pen and add butter into it. When butter start melting add All purpose flour (Maida) and bake it for 5 minutes.
  • Then add cold milk and make the thick white sauce and add broccoli into it.
  • Add salt, black pepper powder, half quantity cheese, chili flakes and switch off the gas stove.
  • Cut slice of French loaf and apply butter on it and roast till it becomes golden brown in color.
  • Apply broccoli sauce and left over cheese on it and put it into oven for 10 min.
  • When cheese started melting take into plate and sprinkle oregano on it and serve broccoli bruchetta.
