Ingredients

  • Broccoli 100 gms
  • Onions 2 medium finely chopped
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Cream To garnish
  • Salt To taste
  • Black pepper To taste
  • Butter 20 gms

Instructions

  • Heat butter in a pan. Then add garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
  • Now add chopped onions and cook them till they are soft and brown.
  • Add broccoli and cook till it is soft. Add some water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now take the mixture And cool it down for some time. blend in a Mixture and make a paste.
  • Pour the mixture in a pan and add salt and black pepper for an amazing taste.
  • Wait for the boil and now add milk.
  • Wait for the boil. The soup will be ready to eat.
  • Garnish the soup with some fresh cream. Serve hot.
