Ingredients

  • Chopped Garlic 1 tablespoons
  • Boiled Hakka Noodles 2 cup
  • Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Red and yellow bellpeppers each 1 units
  • Soya sauce 1 tablespoons
  • Vinegar 1 teaspoons
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

  • Heat Oil & Saute Garlic until dark brown.Add bell peppers n boiled noodles.
  • Add all remaining ingredients & cook for 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
