- For truffle heat cream for 3 min, add chocolate n turn off the heat.Mix well n keep aside.
- Place 3 Biscuits in a tray side by side the other.
- Spread Caramel Layer over it.
- Again place Biscuit n Caramel layer on it.
- Repeat for 4 layers.
- Top it with Fresh Ganache Layer.
- Let it chill in fridge for 2 Hours.
- Cut in desired Shape n garnish with Fresh Mint Leaf. Serve chilled.
