Ingredients

  • Biscuit 12 units
  • Caramel tin 1/2 units
  • Dark chocolate 1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream 1/4 cup
  • Butter 1 tablespoons
  • Mint for garnishing

Instructions

  • For truffle heat cream for 3 min, add chocolate n turn off the heat.Mix well n keep aside.
  • Place 3 Biscuits in a tray side by side the other.
  • Spread Caramel Layer over it.
  • Again place Biscuit n Caramel layer on it.
  • Repeat for 4 layers.
  • Top it with Fresh Ganache Layer.
  • Let it chill in fridge for 2 Hours.
  • Cut in desired Shape n garnish with Fresh Mint Leaf. Serve chilled.
