  • Maida 1.5 cup
  • Sugar 2 cup
  • Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tbsp
  • Curd 1/2 cup
  • Butter 1/2cup
  • Vanilla extract 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1/4 cup

Instructions

  • Cake recipe Take a bowl add 1/4 cup butter Add 1 cup sugar mix it till it become smooth add curd and again mix it Add cocoa powder +maida + baking powder +vanilla extract Mix it in folding method
  • Pre heat for 10 min kadai or non stick put salt on the base Take baking mould grease the butter sprinkle maida Put the cake mixture it in Tap the mould Bake the cake for 25 min at medium flame After that check the cake with knife Properly cooked or n
  • For caramel sauce Take a non stick Put 2 tbsp butter Then add 1 cup sugar Cook it till sugar melt Add milk Mix it the sauce Do not over cook it or burn it
  • Check the cake Cool it down Put the caramel sauce on it
  • For garnishing Take a caramel sauce with spoon Take small bowl in outside put caramel sauce in circular motion byt in thin line After that 10 min it become hard Remove it very carefully
  • Put chocolate or strawberry or cherry for garnishing on top Put circular shape caramel on it Very carefully because it is thin

Notes/Tips

Caramel sauce should not be burn And for circular caramel mould if needed cook the sauce extra
