Ingredients

  • Full cream milk 1 litre
  • Sugar 100 gms
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Popcorn 2 cups
  • Caramel 4 tbsp
  • Full cream 1 cup

Instructions

  • Boil the milk in a thick bottomed vessel till it reduces to half, add cornflour dissolved in 4 tbsp of milk and add it to reduced milk and keep boiling, then let it cool.
  • Make popcorn using ghee and make powder in a mixer. Save some popcorn and make CARAMEL and mix the popcorn and keep aside for garnish.
  • Put 2 tbsp sugar in a kadai ,in liw flame keep stirring and once it turns into golden brown pour and set on a ghee smeared plate and crush it.
  • Now put the cooled milk ,full cream and run in the mixer,lastly fold in the powdered popcorn and crushed caramel and pour in a dish ,freeze it. Serve the ICECREAM with caramelised popcorn and enjoy.
