- Take a thick pan and in medium or low flame.
- Add cream sugar milk powder and honey and keep stirring. You can see bubbles coming up the mixture will start to thicken keep stirring
- After it becomes a little thick like a lump just put a small spoon of mixture in a bowl of water to see if it is forming a lump or spreading away. If it forms a lump and if you are able to ball up the mixture firm then your toffee is ready
- Now pour it into a small square box with a baking sheet below, allow it to cool for sometime and cut it into squares and sprinkle some sea salt and wrap it up. You can pack this for kids along with their snack box...
