- Marinate the mushrooms in a paste made with Curd, salt, red chilli powder, dhania powder, ginger garlic paste, Tumeric powder for 30minutes. For filling cut Stalks of mushroom, and saute in oil with Chopped onion, capsicum and green chilli Paste
- Saute till Raw smell goes and water is absorbed. Keep aside. Sprinkle some red chilli powder.
- Heat oil in a pan, keep medium flame, stuff the marinated mushrooms with the cooked filling and grated cheese. Cook the stuffed and marinated mushrooms for 10 minutes on both sides. The cheese should melt and marinate should Become golden brown.
- When golden brown, serve cheese stuffed grilled mushrooms with your favorite sauce.
