Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese 1 cup
  • Green chillies 1
  • Coriender leaves Few
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup, cubed
  • Plain flour 1 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Oil For frying

Instructions

  • Grind greenchillies , coriender and cumin to a fine paste
  • In A Bowl Add Cottage Cheese Grated And Add Salt , Cornflour, Curry Powder, ground paste mash them well and make into small balls. Make small hollow in each ball and place mozzarella cubes close them and roll again.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Place plainflour mixed with some water to make a smooth paste in one bowl . Spread bread crumbs in another bowl.
  • Dip balls in plain flour batter and then coat over bread crumbs. Fry them in hot oil till golden brown. Serve with tomato sauce or mayonnaise.

Notes/Tips

You can freeze the prepared balls and use later. Can Store them in freezer for about 6 months. Can add potato mash with cottage cheese. Can fry balls without cheese filling too.
