  • All purpose flour 1 & 1/2cup
  • Dry active yeast 1tbspn
  • Sugar 1tbspn
  • Butter 2cube
  • Milk 1/2cup
  • Onion 1
  • Chopped garlic 2tspn
  • Beetroot 1big
  • Carrot 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Tomato paste 2tbspn
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1tbspn
  • Cumin powder 1tspn
  • Coriander powder 1tspn
  • Lemon juice 1tbspn
  • Cheese spread 2tbspn
  • Cloves for decoration
  • Maggi masala E magic 1pkt

Instructions

  • Add the yeast, sugar in lukewarm milk ,cover it & keep rest for 10mins. After 10mins yeast will active.
  • In a mixing bowl take all purpose flour, salt & yeast. Mix it well. Add a cube butter & knead it well. Dough should be enough soft. Cover it & keep rest for an hour.
  • After an hour it will double in size.
  • In a pan heat oil & add chopped onion , garlic & tomato paste.Fry it for few mins. Then add chopped capsicum, grated beetroot & carrot. Add salt , Maggi masala e magic & all spices . Cook it for few minutes. Stuffing is ready now.
  • Now take some portion from the dough, knead it again ,roll it & make fish shaped little thick roti.
  • Apply peri peri flavoured cheese spread on the middle of the fish shaped roti. Any cheese spread can be used. Even grated cheese also can be apply.
  • Put one tbspn veggie mixture on it.
  • Now cover it with another fish shaped roti. Seal it well from all sides. Brush butter over it & keep rest for 10mins.
  • Now bake it in preheated oven for 15mins at 190°©
  • Once it's ready serve it with any of your favourite dip sauce.

Notes/Tips

For better taste sprinkle Maggi masala e magic on bun just before serving.
