- Add the yeast, sugar in lukewarm milk ,cover it & keep rest for 10mins. After 10mins yeast will active.
- In a mixing bowl take all purpose flour, salt & yeast. Mix it well. Add a cube butter & knead it well. Dough should be enough soft. Cover it & keep rest for an hour.
- After an hour it will double in size.
- In a pan heat oil & add chopped onion , garlic & tomato paste.Fry it for few mins. Then add chopped capsicum, grated beetroot & carrot. Add salt , Maggi masala e magic & all spices . Cook it for few minutes. Stuffing is ready now.
- Now take some portion from the dough, knead it again ,roll it & make fish shaped little thick roti.
- Apply peri peri flavoured cheese spread on the middle of the fish shaped roti. Any cheese spread can be used. Even grated cheese also can be apply.
- Put one tbspn veggie mixture on it.
- Now cover it with another fish shaped roti. Seal it well from all sides. Brush butter over it & keep rest for 10mins.
- Now bake it in preheated oven for 15mins at 190°©
- Once it's ready serve it with any of your favourite dip sauce.
