  • Skim Milk 1 Cup
  • Banana 1
  • Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
  • Chocolate flavored protein powder 1 scoop
  • Frozen sweet cherries 2 cups

Instructions

  • Pour the skim milk into the blender, add the banana chunks, cocoa powder, protein powder and blend. Add the cherries and blend again until smooth and all the ingredients are well incorporated. Pour into a glass a enjoy!
