  • Dates 1 Cup
  • Apples 1 Cup
  • Walnuts 1 Cup
  • Cinnamon 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1/2 tsp
  • Nutmeg 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  • In a food processor, combine dates, apples and walnuts. Process until fine crumbs form. Add cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Continue processing until mixture is very soft and holds together when pinched, (~4 minutes). Press dough into a 4x8-inch loaf pan. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut into 12 segments.
