Ingredients

  • boneless Chicken 1 cup
  • chopped Spring Onion only white part 1/4 cup
  • Garlic nice chopped 3
  • Green chilli nicely chopped 1 tsp
  • Chopped capsi 1 tbsp
  • Chopped ca 1 tbsp
  • Mixed herb 1/2 tsp
  • Dry basil 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper pow 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • chopped Jalapenos pickle slice 2
  • Jalapenos pickle left over liquid 1 tbsp
  • Salt as per taste or 1/2 tsp
  • mozerella cheese 1 tbsp
  • parmesan cheese 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil for cooking 11/2 tbsp

Instructions

  • First boil the chicken till tender when done rest to chill, shredded it and keep aside
  • Now take oil in a deep pan add chopped garlic and onion, saute this, now add chopped carrot, capsicum, green chilli and saute for 30 seconds
  • Now add boiled and shreded chicken, salt and stir
  • Add mixed herb,dry basil,chilli flakes, jalapenos pickle liquid and chopped jalapenos slice and stir
  • Add grated mozzarella cheese and mix
  • Now transfer in serving plate, sprinkle some grated mozzarella, parmezan cheese and chilli flakes over the top
  • Now Chicken Jalapeños Poha is ready to serve
