- In a chopper add mince, green chilies, salt, pepper, onion, chickpea powder, egg, butter, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder & butter . Chop until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Grease your hands and make round kababs from mince. Place a tomato slice on the top of it. Shallow fry kababs until light golden brown from both sides.
- Serve reshmi chapli kababs with imli chutney & enjoy.
