  • Chicken mince 600g
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Paper powder 1 tsp
  • Masala e magic 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Onion 1
  • Chickpea powder er ¼ cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a chopper add mince, green chilies, salt, pepper, onion, chickpea powder, egg, butter, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder & butter . Chop until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Grease your hands and make round kababs from mince. Place a tomato slice on the top of it. Shallow fry kababs until light golden brown from both sides.
  • Serve reshmi chapli kababs with imli chutney & enjoy.
