Ingredients

  • Dried Chickpeas 1 Cup
  • Raisins 1/2 cup
  • Vegetable broth 2 & 1/2 cups
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes 28 oz
  • Sweet Potatoes 2 Cups
  • Lentils 1 Cup
  • Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
  • Ground turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Ground cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Kosher salt 1 tsp

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into the slow cooker and stir well. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Stir well and serve.
