Ingredients

  • Boiled chickpeas 1 cup
  • Tomato 1
  • Onion 1
  • Cucumber Half
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Boiled potato 1 small
  • Salt To taste
  • Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli 1 or 2
  • Coriander leaves For garnish

Instructions

  • Chop tomato,onion,cucumber in small cubes. Dice the boiled potato in small cubes. Put all the vegetables in a bowl and add boiled chickpeas. Mix it together.Add lemon juice, salt,chopped green chilles,chaat masala and red chilli powder
  • Give it a good stir and sprinkle roasted cumin powder and garnish with chopped coriander. Salad is ready to be served.
