- Add 1 tbsp Sutarfeni / Feni for each small mug or glass or jar ( based on the size of the mug/jar you can increase the tbsp of sutarfeni)
- Add 3 tbsp milk (with sugar dissolved as per your taste). You can also vary the quantity of milk as per Sutarfeni as it should soak.
- Add 1 tsp milkmaid on the top of soaked Suatrfeni. If you're following step 2 with sugar then this step is totally optional.
- Refrigerate the mug/jar for min 30 minutes.
- Once the feni is set, take it out from the refrigerator and pour dark chocolate ganache or pour the melted dark chocolate with a help of a spoon and add chopped nuts on the top and refrigerate it again for min 15-20 min.
- Once the dark chocolate ganache is set, take it out and (optional: drizzle milkmaid on the top) dive into the indulgence of chilled chocolate Sutarfeni/feni.
