Ingredients

  • Milk 150 mls
  • Sugar 35 gms
  • Dark Chocolate 30 Gms
  • Instant coffee powder 5 gms
  • Hot water 5 mls
  • Ice cubes 2-3

Instructions

  • Boil milk and mix chocolate and 30 Grams of Sugar with the milk. Let it come to room temperature.
  • Whip up 5 grams of sugar, coffee powder and hot water together in a bowl till it becomes a Thick slurry
  • Take a glass for assembling the dish. Put ice cubes in the glass and pour the chocolate milk. Top it with the coffee slurry and ENJOY 。◕‿◕。

Notes/Tips

Use only instant coffee powder and hot water for making the slurry
