- Take curd, remove in a strainer and drain out the water from the curd or u can transfer the curd into a muslin cloth. Twist and squeeze the water in a container. Leave it for about 2-3 hrs Thick hung curd is ready
- Take the strawberries, smash with hands and make a pulp. Add the same in the hung curd. Now add honey as per sweetness needed. OR U can also add 2 drops of stevia. Mix well.
- Serving Take a serving bowl. Put the yogurt in it and garnish with chopped strawberries and grated & chopped dark chocolate
