- In a bowl whisk castor sugar, oil and yogurt together till well combined, add milk, vinegar and vanilla give it a good whisk.
- Seive all the dry ingredients together. Slowly add dry ingredients with wet ingredients in 2-3 batches add coffee mix at the same time with it.
- Grease cake tin with oil and line it with butter paper or parchment paper.
- Pour batter in cake tin.
- Bake at 180° degree in preheated oven for 30-35 mins or till the cake is baked.
- Let the sponge get cool completely.
- For icing:-
- Whip the cream add chocolate in it, slowly fold chocolate with cream keep it into the freeze for 25-30 mins.
- Slice the chocolate sponge evenly with sharp knife, give a layer of icing, go with same process with remaining layers. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
