Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp coco powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp coffee powder
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup sugar powder
  • 1/4 cup food oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp chocolate essence
  • 50 gms amul cream
  • 200 gms chocolate
  • 20 gms white chocolate

Instructions

  • Sift all dry ingredients in a bowl, flour, baking powder, baking soda, choco powder, coffee powder all in one .
  • In Another bowl take yogurt, powder sugar, food oil and milk. Beat all the ingredients till it becomes smooth.
  • Now fold all dry ingredients into the better with cut and fold method.
  • Add vinegar and chocolate essence and fold it.
  • Take 6"inch riund tin . Greece the tin with oil and set the parchment paper, after this pour the better into the tin.
  • Now bake the in the preheated oven for 35-40 min.
  • Now melt the chocolate and mix this into the amul cream and make the chocolate Ganache .
  • Cut the cake in two layers and spread the chocolate Gamache. Now cover the whole cake with Gamache.
  • Now decorate your cake with your desired icing.
