- Sift all dry ingredients in a bowl, flour, baking powder, baking soda, choco powder, coffee powder all in one .
- In Another bowl take yogurt, powder sugar, food oil and milk. Beat all the ingredients till it becomes smooth.
- Now fold all dry ingredients into the better with cut and fold method.
- Add vinegar and chocolate essence and fold it.
- Take 6"inch riund tin . Greece the tin with oil and set the parchment paper, after this pour the better into the tin.
- Now bake the in the preheated oven for 35-40 min.
- Now melt the chocolate and mix this into the amul cream and make the chocolate Ganache .
- Cut the cake in two layers and spread the chocolate Gamache. Now cover the whole cake with Gamache.
- Now decorate your cake with your desired icing.
