Ingredients

  • Chocolate sponge 1 kg
  • Gajar halwa 1/2 kg
  • Cream cheese 1/2 kg
  • Whipping cream 2 cup
  • Chocolate leaves 15 peices
  • Chocolate rose Petal 15 peices
  • Small silver ball As required

Instructions

  • Firstly cut a chocolate sponge in three pieces.And place a one peice of sponge and spread a whipping cream on it,and then spread a ' gajar halwa' on it. and again place another sponge on it and spread whipped cream and then spread Cream cheese on it.
  • After spread the cream cheese put last slice of sponge on it .and coated It with whipped cream .and Refrigerate it for 15 minutes.then after 15 minutes take out from refrigerator and apply second layer of whipped cream.
  • After applying the whipped cream decorate with white Chocolate rose petals and Chocolate leaves and sprinkle silver balls.

Notes/Tips

For a chocolate sponge take 2 cup of maida, baking powder and cocoa powder and seive it ,then another bowl take 2 cup of butter milk and sugar and mix it well and mix 1 tsp baking soda and keep aside for 5 minutes. Mix wet ingredients in the dry ingredients nicely. Pour the batter in baking tin and tap it. Preheat oven on 190 degree c and keep the batter inside for 30-35 minutes on convention mode. Take any sponge cake like vanilla , butter scotch besides of chocolate sponge.
