Ingredients

  • Butter 62gms (Room Temperature)
  • Milkmaid 100gms
  • Flour 60gms
  • Cocoa Powder 10gms
  • Baking Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Baking Soda 1/2 teaspoon
  • Milk- 50gms
  • Vanilla Essence- 1/2 teaspoon
  • For Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
  • Butter 62gms
  • Icing Sugar 37gms
  • Ganache 20gms (1:1 Chocolate cream)

Instructions

  • Beat the butter a little, add milk, beat both together
  • Add in all the dry ingredients
  • Mix with spatula
  • Add in milk & vanilla essence beat it until everything well combined.
  • Take a cupcake tray put the liner, add 40-45gms of batter in each liner and bake it for 20mins on 180degree, check it with a knife if no batter comes it's done otherwise bake it further.
  • For Frosting : - Beat butter a little, add in the icing sugar beat until combine - Add the ganache beat. - Take your favourite nozzle and pipping bag, add in the mix, pipe it over all the cupcakes and sprinkle some sprinklers
