- In a bowl, take the eggs crack, add milk, vanilla essence & sugar and whisk. Keep aside.
- On a cutting board, cut out the corners of the bread slices & roll out to get thinner slices.
- Spread the chocolate sauce/spread or chocolate peanut butter on the slices & roll them up (like a Swiss roll)
- Dip the rolls in the egg mixture that was kept aside.
- In a pan, heat some butter & put in the bread rolls and leave it to caramelize on one side & turn.
- Once all the sides are cooked not caramelised but hold their shape take it out.
- Dust some icing sugar on the rolls.
- Granish with strawberries & some mint leaves
- Serve Hot ❤️
