Ingredients

  • Milk 1litre
  • Paneer, grated 200gms
  • Khoya, grated 200gms
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Chocolate spread 3tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 1tsp

Instructions

  • Boil the milk until it reduces. Add paneer, khoya and keep stirring on medium flame until the milk evaporates and wverything comes together
  • Add sugar and keep stirring until you get a moisture-free mixture. Turn off the flame.
  • Mix chocolate spread in one half Of the mixture or entirely depending on your choice
  • Sprinkle chopped pistachios and let it cool outside Refigerate for an hour or more and cut into pieces
