- Boil the milk until it reduces. Add paneer, khoya and keep stirring on medium flame until the milk evaporates and wverything comes together
- Add sugar and keep stirring until you get a moisture-free mixture. Turn off the flame.
- Mix chocolate spread in one half Of the mixture or entirely depending on your choice
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios and let it cool outside Refigerate for an hour or more and cut into pieces
