- Heat the milk on the gas on low flame.After 2 to 3 minutes put sugar and stir till it dissolves.
- Take Instant Coffee And Mix It With 1 Tbsp Warm Milk And Keep Aside. Mix Cornflour With 1 To 2 Tbsp Of Warm Milk And Keep Aside.
- Once the sugar compeletely dissolves in the milk,mix the coffee decotion prepared earlier to it. Mix it well
- Mix cornflour paste gradually to the milk and add a pinch of salt.Stir continuously till it thicken to a custard like consistency. It will take almost 5 to 7 minutes. Switch off the gas flame and put the chocolate strips in this .
- Let the chocolate melt completely.stir it well.the mousse is ready Let it come to room temperature
- Crush oreo buiscuit in a mixer . Take a small glass and put the oreo mix in the glass to form a layer.next top it with the chocolate mousse we prepared.repeat the process by putting crushed oreo layer an mousse.prepare more glasses like this
- Put the glasses in the fridge for 2 hour so that it sets properly (Not in the freezer)
- Once it sets completely garnish with crushed,roasted almonds and chocolate shaving.
